Here's a Question that all Men Should Ask Themselves

What Are Your Unwritten Rules About “Masculinity”?

The experience of being a man is constantly changing and evolving, so do the old rules of masculinity still apply, or do men need to rewrite the rule book?

Glen Poole is the author of the book 'Equality for Men' and the Director of UK consultancy 'Helping Men' and he is in Australia to speak at the National Men's Health Forum, and to deliver a one-day workshop called ‘Your Masculinity Rules’ in Melbourne on November 28th.

According to Glen:“One of best ways for men to immediately improve their situation is to examine and challenge the unwritten rules that shape their experience of ‘manhood'...

This course will be of interest to you if you want to:

  • Deepen your knowledge of masculinity and femininity
  • Improve your understanding of male psychology
  • Develop your emotional intelligence
  • Improve your relationships with men and women
  • Enjoy the supportive environment of group work
  • Benefit from one-to-one coaching
  • Meet some great men who are committed to personal growth

The workshop is delivered in a circle (not from the stage), and involves facilitated group work, one-to-one coaching and experiential exercises covering the following themes:
  • What Is Masculinity?
  • Masculine/Feminine strengths and weakness
  • Evolving Masculinity
  • Masculinity in relationship with men and women
  • How to integrate masculine and feminine energies.

The course won't tell you how to live your life, but it will provide a unique opportunity to explore and decide for yourself what it man to be a man in the 21st Century, and you will come away with your own definition of, and your own rules about masculinity.
